As the owner of Russell Enterprises a self built renovation and remodeling business I would like to extend my great appreciation for Tavroges Legal. They helped myself and a client with a few different problems related to a rental property and his service and happy attitude is always present no matter the time of day.
I recall on one occasion being a morning person calling him very early with the intention of only getting his voice mail but in fact he answered (while on a walk with his dog) and was able to quickly and diligently answer a question and get me on my way with my business.

After years of trying to cope with tenants that were paying late and failing to catch up I finally began my search for help. I tried a free legal service that told me my issues were too complex to deal with through their help line. I tried another paralegal who seemed more interested in controlling my VISA card than offering advice. Then, I found Howard. Howard immediately set me at ease and together we began the process of encouraging my bad tenants to leave. I started the process in July and by the end of August I had one apartment empty. The second tenant took a little longer, but, by the end of October both tenants had gone. Yes, I needed help with 2 of my 5 units.
